• The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions of sale and cancellation of the rate reserved on our reservation platform. And have requested and obtained necessary and/or additional information to make your reservation with full knowledge of the facts.
• The customer communicates his bank details validated on the date of his stay as a guarantee, payment or deposit according to the "offer " by credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
The hotel accepts payment by check, ANCV holiday voucher, cash,
check in 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. check out 10:30 a.m.
Deposit: Depending on the "offer", the hotel can collect the deposit or pre-authorize it. (see the special conditions of the reserved offer)
- for a stay of less than 4 nights: one night's deposit/room
- for a stay of 4 nights to 14 nights: 30% deposit/room
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION : Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the offer and accommodation chosen. check the room conditions. the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of a no show (reservation canceled – customer not present) shortened stay, cancellation of a reservation guaranteed by credit card, the establishment will debit the customer, as fixed compensation for a stay of less than 3 nights: one night deposit for a stay between 3 nights and 14 nights: 30% deposit.
TOURIST TAX: in addition variable rate depending on the type of accommodation selected applicable to people aged 18 and over, is to be paid directly on site to the Sole e Mare hotel. (amount fixed and donated to the Community of Municipalities of Nebbiu Conca Oru)
